Crafted from Negroamaro 85%, Malvasia Nera 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 50 years old bush vines. Yield per hectare of 50 quintals. Vinification: drying grapes, alcoholic fermentation for 14 days, malolactic fermentation in barriques. The wine is aged in barriques for 9 months. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
