Crafted from Negroamaro 85% and Malvasia Nera 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines cultivated with alberello system on soils rich in red earth and clay. Vinification: grapes harvested late, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in oak French barrels then in bottle.
