Crafted from Trebbiano 70%, Passerina 15%, Pecorino 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks and 3 in barriques.
