The fruit is sourced from vineyards in volcanic soil from Monteforte, near to San Vincenzo sanctuary. Vinification: destemming, pressing, short cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks.
