A fine example of Emilia Romagna winemaking, this Romagna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in a hilly clayey soil in Oriolo dei Fichi area, faced to South-West. Vinification: destemming and fermentation with indigenous yeats in steel tanks for 12-15 days. The wine is aged 3 months on the lees in steel tanks and about 12 months in big cement vats. A wine reflecting the region's deep-rooted culinary wine traditions.
Emilia Romagna is the home of Lambrusco and a deeply food-driven wine culture.
