'Cabernetico' Tenuta Saiano

The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 650 meters above sea level with south-east exposure on sandy and rocky soils with marine sediments. Vinification: carbonic maceration, light crushing, maceration for 20 days in whole bunch and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 25% old barriques and 75% steel tanks.
