Crafted from Sangiovese 98%, Ancellotta 2%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 7-26 years old vines rooted in a sandy soil, faced to South. Vinification: destemming, very short maceration on the skins, soft pressing at low temperatura and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
