Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Garganega 90%, Trebbiano 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Monte del Mezzo and Taiane vines at 300 metres of altitude on volcanic soil. Vinification: short maceration on the skins and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in oak barels of 30 hl. The wine is aged 10 months in oak barrels and in bottle without filtration and no sulfites. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
