This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Magrè, Terlano and Cortaccia at 250-500 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
