The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines grown on reddish and clayey soils rich in limestone, with layers of white dolomite stone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees, part in steel (70%) and the rest in large barrels.
