A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines grown on reddish and clayey soils rich in limestone, with layers of white dolomite stone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees, part in steel (70%) and the rest in large barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
