Sauvignon 'Aristos' Cantina Valle Isarco

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 450-500 metres above sea level on soils of alluvial origin rich in porphyry, very deep. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
