Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with an average age of 30 years on thin soils of volcanic origin. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel, on skins. The wine is aged several months in used barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
