Sauvignon Elena Walch

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in calcareous sandy soils, faced to South-East and South-West. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling of the must and fermentation in steel tanks at the contolled temperature of 19°C. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
