This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards more than 600 meters above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in acacia barrels. The wine is aged 10 months on the lees in acacia barrels and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
