This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards a Cornaiano, and Montiggl Appiano Monte, at an altitude of 500 m. above sea level, on clayey and calcareous. Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes, the must is then racked to settle. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
