Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Andriano at 260-380 mt on clay and red soils with dolomitic white rock. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in steel. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
