Sauvignon Franco Terpin

This distinctive wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25 years old vines cultivate accirding to the guyot system in the typical soil form Collio. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 10 days and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels and 12 in steel vats.
