This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the piana di Farneto, at 250 m above sea level, in a sandy clayey soil. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: de-stemming, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeats in steel vats with maceration on the skins for 8 days and malolactic fermentation. Without filtrations and with lower added sulphites. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in tonneaux. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
