Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the Cornaiano hills, at 400-500 m above sea level. Vinification: short maceration, whole cluster pressing, racking by natural sedimentation and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
