This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Carnedo all'Isarco, at 550-600 mt of altitude on sandy soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
