This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sauvignon 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the Appiano hills, at 550 metres above sea level, in a soil rich in clay and limestone, faced to South. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for the 80% and in tonneau for the 20%, with a a small part of grapes with whole berries. The wine is aged 7 months in steel tanks and in tonneau. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
