This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a moraine soil at 453 metres above sea level, in Cornaiano area, faced to South-West. Vinification: short cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
