This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards a Montefranco, near Meran, 450 m. above sea level, facing South-West. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel vats and 6 months in oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
