This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly soil at 450 metres above sea level, in Penon and Pinzon. Vinification: sof pressing and alcoholic fermentation is steel vats. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in big oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
