Sauvignon Pojer e Sandri

Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Faedo at 400-700 metres above sea level on volcanic soils rich of limestone and marls. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature without oxygen presence. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
