Riesling Pojer e Sandri

This exceptional Trentino DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Faedo, at 350-750 metres above sea level on volcanic soils rich of marls and limestone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
