This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards calcareous hill at 400-500 metres of altitude on morenic soil. Yeld 55 hl/hectars. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel for 14 days. The wine is aged 6 months on the yeasts in steel. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
