Sauvignon 'Quarz' Cantina Terlano

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 250 and 900 meters above sea level in red soils rich in porphyry quartz. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, natural decantation, slow fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 9 months in oak barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
