A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 250 and 900 meters above sea level in red soils rich in porphyry quartz. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, natural decantation, slow fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 9 months in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
Alto Adige combines Italian and Austrian winemaking traditions in Italy's northernmost wine region.
