A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years old vines located at 500 meters above sea level on calcareous, loamy and gravelly soils. Yield per hectare of 45 hectolitre. Vinification: no Clarification of the must. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak casks. The wine is aged in oak casks for 10 months with bâtonnage. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
