Sauvignon Riserva 'Renaissance' Gumphof

This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at the foot of the Sciliar massif, south of the Valle Isarco, between 400 and 550 m a.s.l., on calcareous morainic terrain. Vinification: short maceration, delicate pressing and alcoholic fermentation in tonneau. The wine is aged 12 months in tonneau and 10 months in steel on the fine lees. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
