This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a chalky calcareous soil from San Michele and Appiano al Monte, at 450-600 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and, for the 10%, in oak barrels. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and, for the 10%, in oak barrels.
