Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards lieben Aich Estate in Terlano, in a sandy profiric soil at 380 m above sea level. Vinification: destemming, maceration for 12 hours and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. The wine is aged 9 months on the lees in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
