This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sauvignon 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25-35 years old vines in a gravelly calcareous soil from Eppan Berg. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 3 days, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in tonneaux and 12 months in steel tanks and at least 10 in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
