A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards the Voglar is a vineyard composed by terraced slopes 500/600 m under sea level. The soil is sandy with a strong presence of dolomitic limestone. Vinification: in large acacia barrels. The wine is aged 6 months on lees in the fermentation casks and then 7-8 months in bottle. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
