A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The wine is aged 5-7 months in steel tanks for the 80% and in big barrels for the 20%. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
