Crafted from Schiava 95%, Lagrein 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 300-450 m above in a calcareous clayey and gravelly soil. Vinification: destemming, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
