The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines from the vineyards of Cornaiano and Colterenzio on moraine soil. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 5 months in oak wood barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
