This exceptional Cinque Terre DOC showcases the authentic character of Liguria. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Bosco 70%, other grapes 20%, Rossese Bianco 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sunny exposure and low yields. Vinification: dried grapes on racks for some months, spontaneous fermentation in amphorae and maceration on the skins for 28 days. The wine is aged 12 months in amphorae. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
