Crafted from Bosco 85%, Vermentino 10%, Albarola 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 300 and 350 meters above sea level with a southern exposure. Vinification: after the 1st of November. The wine is aged slow fermentation in barrique, bottling after 3 years without filtering. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
