Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rooted in a marny soil rich in limestone, faced to East. Vinification: destemming, cold maceration for 24 hours, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and in barriques. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in barriques and in steel tanks. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
