The fruit is sourced from vineyards barbera grapes harvested in the "Lunga" vineyard in Podere Solana. Vinification: croatina grapes dried in the cellar. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation of Barbera grapes and second fermentation for 4 months with the addition of Croatina in contact with the skins. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats.
