This Sicilia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot sysrtem in Morelae hills at 500 metres above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration for 5 hours at 14°C, soft pressing, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
