'Sofi' Rosso Franz Haas

Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schiava 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 350 and 700 metres above sea level on silty and sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
