Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Solaris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 1.000 metres above sea level in Val Venosta, in Castel Annenberg area. Organic farming. Vinification: short maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel vats and in big oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
