Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Souvignier Gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey, calcareous, deep soil with a high percentage of white dolomite rock. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 8 months in oak barrels and 3 months in stainless steel. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
Alto Adige combines Italian and Austrian winemaking traditions in Italy's northernmost wine region.
