Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Glera , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in soil rich in clay at 250 metres above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and second fermentation in steel tanks according to the Charmat Method. The wine is aged at least 6 months in bottle.
