Hailing from Marche, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Passerina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel and refermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat Method. The wine is aged 47 months in big oak barrels. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
