Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Pinot Nero 60%, Chardonnay 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from a single vineyard called Brigitte at 400 m above sea level in a soil rich in clay and limestone, faced to South and South-West. Organic farming. Vinification: soft pressing, first fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in autoclave according to Charmat/Martinotti method. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
