The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with an avarage aged of 40 years old rooted in a calayey soil in Castorano village at 250 m above sea level, faced to South. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in closed steel tanks according to the Charmat or Martinotti Method. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques.
